The cottage consists of a fully equipped kitchen with AEG oven and induction hob, granite worktops, large fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and dining table and chairs to seat up to 6. There are two bedrooms, one King and one twin with a double and a single. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath, w/c and sink and an upstairs lounge with leather sofa, love seat and spinning tub chair, smart tv and french doors with Juliette balcony which gives you incredible views over the garden, river and period mill.  

Outside is your beautiful courtyard garden with patio, artificial grassed area, private 6 seater hot tub, outdoor dining and lounging furniture and gas BBQ.

Bringing your little one? Travel cot and highchair are available upon request. Want to bring the pooch? We don’t blame you, it’s a great location for dogs with the miles of footpath walks as soon as you go out of the gate, dog friendly pubs within short walking distance and dog friendly beaches only a 20 minute drive away – *rules apply, please contact us for more information regarding bringing dogs.
